A campfire, not a scoreboard.
You can't win a campfire — it's warm because people are there now, it flickers with who's present, it cools when they drift and rekindles when they return. Pressure comes from being scored; aliveness comes from presence. We take the second and leave the first.

Moved is the warm, low-effort floor; Voice is the articulate ceiling. Same press-and-hold grammar, so the easy gesture trains the thumb for the hard one.

Why it can't become a standing ovation
Your hold-depth still feeds the score — but calibrated to you. Maxing everything collapses your max to your own average. The deep Moved from someone who rarely gives one is the real signal. Inflation cancels itself.

Aliveness comes from presence — the shimmer of a voice arriving, the warmth of others in the room — never from a meter climbing. You're invited to a fire, not graded on a feed.

The emotional fingerprint — voice gives it color
Whisper already transcribes every voice; one step further reads its emotion. The room's dominant feeling becomes the aura's hue. Brightness = present, calibrated warmth — not a cumulative score.
